Acceleration issue

Acceleration issue
Here's the deal. I just purchased an '04 TSX 6MT. I went to hardwire my Passport X50 detector to my fuel pump fuse, but upon plugging it back in, I placed it in the empty slot next to it, and not the proper fuel pump fuse location, unnoticed. Well, I drove around in the car, and began noticing it was acting funny. I saw I had every light in the dash on, and eventually the performance was so poor i pulled over and shut the car off. I tried to start it back up and noticed that it almost barely was able to start. I immediately opened up the fuse box, noticed the misplaced fuel pump fuse, put it back in its proper location, and started the car up. Drove around with it for a little while and made sure I got the fuel running through the engine properly again.
NOW...
I have noticed, ESPECIALLY in 2nd gear, that when accelerating, the car climbs speeds very choppily. I mean when at constant increase in throttle (not a let up, put on type deal), but when accelerating, it is not smooth at all and I can see the rpm needle actually chop its way up to 7000 rpms.
Any ideas on what the issue could be? Possibly dirty fuel injectors from letting the engine run almost dry with no fuel pump?
All of the dash lights turned themselves off after fixing the misplaced fuse as well.
TIA

Which dash lights were on?
Did you get a CEL? (Check Engine light)
If so, go to an Autozone, borrow an ODBII Scan tool and tell us what the code is.
