2005 tsx cooling/AC problem

Hey there everyone, I need some help. About three weeks ago I noticed my tsx automatic was slugging the heat of the day(SouthCarolina) , especially in red light traffic. In the cool of night runs great. Anyways, 2 weeks ago I noticed the temp gauge move to the half mark with the ac on. The car gets extremely sluggish n ac blows warm when still. If I turn the ac off it settles down. I've replace the thermostat n bled system for bubbles. Both fans work, changed ac clutch relay, coolant and freon are good n no Leaks as far as I can tell. Am noticing when at a stand still , the. Condenser clicks on maybe five seconds n back off but blows cool those five seconds. Start driving n blows cool again. I'd appreciate any help in advance... Thanks everyone

A short run time on compressor means either excessivley high or low pressure was encountered. Hi/Lo switch senses the pressure and opens to protect the compressor. Too low pressure is more likely but professional help needed to determine which is the case.

good luck

Thanks for the reply, any idea if that would make the temp gage fluctuate a lil?

A/C DIY are always tricky because to diagnose you need the right tools and equipment since it is a sealed system. If nothing else, just take it to a pro that you can trust and have it looked at. Good luck.
