06 TSX clunking

Front drivers wheel well gets a clunking sound when i drive. It goes away when i apply the brakes and when i accelerate. Only happens when I coast, but goes away if i coast at 70+.

the sound speeds up the faster i drive. I just replaced rotors onto it. what do you think could be the issue? it's an 06 tsx 5at with 42k miles on it.

I tried searching but can't find anything on my particular situation. Many people say wheel bearings but it doesn't really make a grinding noise.

I recently replaced the front rotors. could that have possibly been an issue? but if the clunkin goes away when i apply the brakes i don't think it could be the rotor itself... could be contact somewhere else.

Get back to me. Do dealerships charge for diagnosing the problem?

What kind of a clunk is it? Do you have any clues to where it might be coming from? Any vibration too?

Did the problem start when you replaced the rotors? If so, check for loose, broken, or incorrectly installed part(s). Remove both front wheels and carefully inspect and compare both sides.

Also check the bolts that mount the brake caliper. Might be that they are loose or one of them has fallen off. Check the two screws that hold the rotor in place as well but I doubt that even if those were loose you would get any noise from it.
