I have a 2004 Acura Tsx 6 spd, w/ 112,000 miles on it.

Today I was driving on the PA turnpike and was getting off my exit and the i noticed that the entire instrument panel totally turned off, along with the radio, and then everything came back on. The MIL light came on, and the Maint Req'd light was flashing and turned off.

I kept driving and when I drove another mile and was making a turn into my work parking lot, the car stalled and the same thing happened. Everything turned off for 1-2 seconds and came back on. I had to restart the car. I drove up the road another half mile and it did it again, but no stall this time.

I then noticed that the maint req'd light blinks 10 times.

Does anybody know what this could be?

I went back out to the car and restarted it again, and the MIL light is on steady, and the Maint Req'd light blinks 10 times again.

You have a problem, but the maintenance light is a separate issue. It means you need an oil change/service. It only blinks for scheduled maintenance (as per the manual), and will blink upon start-up.
