Hello to all the TSX people here, I am new to the TSX and the site so please forgive me if this has already been covered and I missed it. I have an 04 TSX and I need the factory NAV updated, along with this, the system makes a crackling noise when giving me directions and it's hard to understand, along with always asking for a pin number when I start my car which is a pain because it asks for this every single time, anyone with info please help, whether I have to replace it, or get a disk or buy a whole new unit well maybe a refurbished one since money is an object here, thanks for the help in advanced.

 

The factory navigation units are built by Alpine. I would call and speak to them about a repair because to replace it is BIG bucks! Mine no longer reads the disc so they are going to repair it for like $300. The number I have for them is (800)-421-2284.
