Hi been having a charging problem with this car. So far I replaced the alternator n the battery. Checked wiring and continuity from alternator to starter to battery and all check out ok. checked battery fuses under hood other fuses under steering column. They all check out ok. Been trying to locate the ELD but cannot locate it in this model. When vehicle is turned on there are no warning lights such as the battery light or a check engine light and the battery only reads 12.2v when running. is there something am missing? appreciate it if u can help me out. thanks

Suggest using attached control circuit diagnostic to check the alternator. Out-of-box problems are fairly common.

Also make sure the drive pulley (Harmonic balancer) on the crankshaft is not slipping. This will cause charge problems w/o a charge light. Not sure why. Make a radial mark on pulley face across the pulley and rubber bushing. Watch when running for movement of inner part of mark relative to outer for a problem.
