Don't mind us silly Americans. Here, we crave clumsy cars with huge engines and badging to match, drive 55 mph in the passing lanes, drive in straight lines (barely) within 10 foot wide lanes all day, need huge SUVs to intimidate others and/or compensate for our inability to drive in inclement weather, don't pay any attention to everybody else around us, eat/drink/text/talk/read newspapers while driving our slushbox boats that shift, turn on lights, turn on wipers, and even park themselves, and complain about gas whenever it exceeds $2 per gallon.

Yipe, 9L/km = 21.2 mpg... did you mean 9L/100km? That would be 26.1 mpg... wow I guess I expected better... I routinely get 27-28 mpg city (11.9 km/L). Oh well, I still like the wagon.

+1000

Smaller, more efficient cars that handle well is the way to go. That is, if you can't just take the bus or ride your bike or walk.

Nope, its around there. Between 9.5 - 10L / km. Guess i overestimated my km to miles conversion ha haa.... but the wagon is about 100kg more than the sedan, & i'm fat, so....

thks. its a pioneer p80rs, not sure whats the equivalent you guys have in the states. the audio's just normal, not anywhere near 'killer' standard, good enough to keep me co. on my daily commute.

I used to have an 04 2.4executive station, man I loved that car. and would have kept it if I could have afforded something more sporty to go with it.

but then the 06 Type-S handles all my needs

not sure man, my audio installer got it for me, but i think schoshe efx makes one for the accord. there is a kit that lets you reuse the steering wheel controls but i didn't bother.
