Took some night time low light pictures of the Euro R

I felt like taking some different kind of photos tonight so I went to the purina mill we have around at 1am and took some picture with just the parking lights that had around and they came out pretty good I think. My personal favorite is the last one.

looks good... but you may need more lighting on the car. 2nd to last pic is the best IMO.

Here's my take on the last two shots:

I recorded my steps as a Photoshop Action, so PM me your email address and I'll send it to you.

lot of times, its the Level you need to adjust. and if the color is bad, mess around with the hue and color balance.

Both enhanced photos are pretty grainy. You either sharpened too much or didn't take a high res pic.

There are some easy things you can do with color curves and histograms to improve almost all photos in about 5 minutes.

Both photos were pretty heavily underexposed so it's not surprising that they'd be grainy when level corrected. The histogram is showing a lot of detail has been clipped on the dark end. Having the original photo as opposed to a 672px wide copy would also help.

Dan Martin knows his stuff on Photography. Those pics are grainy though. Personally, if you can set your shutter speed to about 5 seconds on the S2 I would. Im not sure what settings the S2 has and, I dont feel like looking it up either. Use a tripod, and color balance, you can get pretty drastic colors and a crystal clear image.

Car looks dirty. You should've taken some shots with the headlights ON.
