Some pics

Washed/clayed/waxed yesterday... went for a drive today and saw a cool loading lot to take some pics in. Here are a few of them. Comments welcome.

Nice pictures and location. I have always liked the looks of loading docks and slammed cars together.

Rims look clean. And I agree with CGTSX07 by saying the second pic is the best because your car looks SLAMMED to the floor man.

Nicely executed

Thanks everyone. I was driving around yesterday looking for places to shoot and happened across that loading dock when I was about to give up and head home.

I love the wheels too. Sadly, I've only got about two months left with them before I have to put them in the attic for the winter and run my stockies! Stupid Connecticut.

I will be doing one more shoot with them on this season, though... late September, when my next goodies are installed...

All I can say is the same thing, I love your car and those wheels are just perfect for the CGP.

Stylish simplicity at it's finest.

Thanks for the kind words. Those are 18x8 +48 Advan Kreuzter Xi's in Hyper Silver wrapped in 235/40/18 Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S.

My wheel choise was inspired by two people on this forum; Tsx536 and DAYTA. I fell in love with the ten-spoke design when I saw pics of Kenny's TSX years ago, and I saw the Kreuzter Xi's on DAYTA's car a little while later. I knew I had to have a set.

Looking sweet, man - looks even better in person .

I really like your car's stance after you dropped it a few perches in the front. I might try and do that myself (maybe another 2 perches all around). Hopefully, I'll still be able to clear the garage ramp.

Thanks bro. Lower always wins. I'm glad I dropped it more. As for our garage at work, I think you'd be okay - I haven't scraped once since going lower and I have the A-Spec lip...

formerRSX-S, you've got a PM.

Calipers: G2 caliper paint kit. You can get it from TireRack or eBay. I got mine on eBay in Gloss Black.

Decals: I had the Acura caliper decals custom made by an eBay seller whose name I have long since forgotten. I did the job in May 07 and they are holding up wonderfully so far. If you contact Jays98Cobra on the "other" forum he can hook you up with these decals!

Tein SS. Lots more room to go lower, too. But if I do that, I can't get on any alignment ramps in the area, so I've probably reached my lowest feasible ride height...

I have a no-finger gap all around on level ground, with plenty room to go lower. If I had to estimate (and I do have to, because I haven't measured) I'd say I'm lowered between two and two and a half inches.

Thanks for the compliment on the grille. I had the top and bottom plastic chrome pieces painted by a bodyshop last year when my car was in for some other repairs (as a result of a failed theft attempt). I figure as long as I've got my car in the shop to fix that, I should get something for me, too. I like the look and think it cleans up the front of the TSX nicely. However, the painted hood trim is chipping away, and I'll replace it with a JDM hoodtrim from Heeltoe eventually.
