Sightseeing on way to NC

Well on the way to NC today I stopped and did some sightseeing. I stopped to see the Natural Bridge in Virginia. I saw a couple porches on the way and managed to get some good pics while I was driving (I know its not really safe).

My Personal Favorite

This is how I role on long distance trips right now while I wait to find out if I can get a clear bra for my entire CF hood.

CCC was the store out of normal looking tape when you bought yours? You know they sell normal colors right? You're a pro at taping up the front now.

Acutally it is a special paint tape for high heat so even with the engine heat on the hood and front end there is no sticky residue left on my hood, fenders, headlights, or anywhere else on the front end.

at night I remove the tape from the headlights and then re-tape them so that only the low beam portion shows.

With that tape you shouldn't need headlights. The glow should light the entire road up for you.

Porches? Where?

Edit: I thought you meant pictures of people sitting on their porches down south.

How effective is that tape really? I mean if rocks are going to hit you I would think it cant be that effective. Probably helps with bugs though. If I saw you driving your car like that I would laugh at you.

Is it not illegal in some shape or form that you are taping up your front blinkers?

Edit: Also, I thought the headlights have some type of special glass that does not chip?

why buy a new car if your gonna tape it up when you take it on drives? I dont know about you people, but I only keep cars for a year or two. theres nothing wrong with a chip or two. (A few chips doesnt even lower your resale value) Personally, its ok that you care about your car, BUT what your doing with this tape is absolutely rediculous. If I were to keep my car ifd rather change my headlights and get the car painted in a few years than have it look like that. You might as well buy a 5 dollar car for roadtrips. Have you noticed neither of those Porsches have done what youve done? there cars are worth 3 times what your cars worth. IDK.. not trying to be an ass, BUT I have no choice.

Funny how you should know why he does that before going on a ridiculous rant.

You haters are idiots. If I had a carbon fiber hood and a show car with a sponsor I would use more tape then this kid.

Geez, sometimes you guys...deserve this:

I think I'd be more interested in taking a picture of your taped up car.

I've gone out to Natural Bridge in VA. If you stay on that road, there are some SWEET roads on your way to Lynchburg, VA. I have family there and that SR 13 is the last 30 mins of my trip and the best part.
