Pictures of the Comptech SuperCharger
Let me first say that these pics are from DigitalHorizon on the other TSX forum. All credit goes to him for these pics. I hope he doesn't mind. These pics are just too hawt for me not to share I guess his friend has access to the Comptech R&D car and brought it over a couple of times.

Is it even possible to install a supercharger on the 5AT? Would the automatic transmission be able to withstand the added power? I thought I read somewhere that the superchargers/turbochargers would not be developed for the 5AT because the transmission is too weak...

Looks cool....BTW thats the IKEA at Eastland mall in Covina, upper parking structure, if anyone is familiar.
I don't think I would get one, but I'd like to see alot of TSXs go faster.

What's the split again on 5AT vs 6MT, overall?

Also, I'm curious how well the aftercooler works on that blower. Roots blowers are some of the biggest bastards when it comes to thermal management of the charge, because their adiabatic heat coefficient is higher than both centrifugal and screw compressors. This is especially important considering how close the manifold is to the radiator, and how little room for airflow there seems to be in that design.

Really? So sound wise, what sound does a supercharged engine sound like? Does it have a humming or whine noise to it?

it maybe a newbie question, but i wonder do u still use the drive by wire, or they got rid of it and use the K20A throttle body?? if they are not using the drive by wire, wouldnt it lost the AC, the cluster and the airbags? Thanks for the experts
