Pics of new shoes

Not for the TSX, but for my Prelude.

They are 16x7 Spoon SW388 on very old BFG r-compound tires. These are my track wheels/tires. My Racing Hart CP-035 on Kumho r-compound tires are for auto-x. Here is a recent pic of the car in action.

Maybe that's why my wife doesn't like them.

I never have Volks on my Prelude. I wish I did, but...

The Racing Harts are about 11 lbs each, and the Spoons are about 12 lbs each.

I'm not switching. The Spoons are addition to the Racing Harts. Couple months ago, I put on Kumho V710s on the Racing Harts mainly for auto-x. But I also used them for couple of track events and fell in love with r-compound tires on track. However, those V710s are expensive and don't last that long on track. So I decided to get another set of wheels/tires just for tracks, then I can save my V710s for auto-x. I found these used Spoons with the old BFG r-compound tires for a good price.

Looks great! Makes me miss my spoons, but yeah my gf hated them. "It looks like you have 4 spare tires on your car!"...

btw. the spoon wheels are super strong for their light weight, plus even when they are dirty they still look clean.

That's a good one. Good thing dzuy is in the opposite coast.

I'm waiting for a friend to send me the action shots of my car with the Spoons on. Then I'll post them up.

She'll kill me if I get rid of the old shoes. I just relocated the other shoes to the empty space in front of the TSX.
