You know, not to sound like an ass...but the current one in my TSX is hotter than a fat girls couchee on a hot day when I touch it after my car has been sitting in the sun. That one is going to be even more hotter to the touch ?

Well, it is solid stainless so yes, it will get hot. The good thing is that it's pretty reflective so it does a fairly good job at reflecting heat.

I have had prototypes on my car for about a year now so I've lived with it from -30c to +32c and so far I still have all the skin on my hand.

Any update on the AT Acurazine knob... (Can you simply screw off the AT shift knob on your TSX, i.e. [Lefty Loosey], or is it done another way...?

Less cleaning, more shifting.

I can make you a stainless steel vacuum handle if you want.

It looks like the stock ones, without the perforated leather and printings on the top.

It looks damn nice though...

The shift knob looks great! Just curious, can it be made in black chrome finish?

It looks like a better color though. Thank god cause the pinkish hue of the stock one always annoyed me. Why couldn't they make it match to the dash color!

I've been a little leary of offering different finishes because a lot of coatings tend to wear off over time. That's not to say there aren't options that don't wear but I just want to make sure they work before I offer them.

Just playin man.

It'll translate into faster shifts if the sun has been shining on it.

I think we should have them down to our US warehouse by the end of the month. I also made really good progress on the AT knob today and they'll be available shortly after the MT knobs come out.

this pic came out really bad, i was trying to take a pic of the blue led shining off the knob, but it didn't come out too good and i'm too lazy to retry it.

I haven't seen it on a parchment interior before... it looks good.

So what do you think of the shift feel with the new knob?

Quick Reply: pics of the long awaited knob.
