Pickups from a friends Part Out
So a little while back a friend of mine decided to part out his amazing show Green RHD RSX. It was an amazing car but I guess all good things have to come to an end. Well except my project, I think I will keep it going for forever.
I decided to pickup some new parts from his car. So enough with the chitchat and on with the pictures.
Added a little more security to the car when I take it out with a Works Bell Quick Release Lock.
Added some new engine bay goodies.
Picked up an additional set of lug nuts.

I guess to go along with the lugs you need a nice set of wheels as well.

Someone had requested in my other thread for a picture of the F and the TSX together well here you go two from my phone quickly.
Also those boxes were just a tease cause there was nothing really in them.
However I do have the wheels that originally came in them which are also from that amazing Green RHD RSX which now rests in JDM part out heaven. I threw two on the car quick just for some pics caues I have to get some things fixed and worked out first before I can rock them. Specs are 18x9 +35. No spacers up front and 15mm in the rear. I hope to eventually run 10mm spacers in the front but I need to get some more stretched tires than what came on them.
Excuse the dark pics as the sun was going down. Maybe I will take some time and lighten them later and re-upload them but you get the idea.
Then a couple fitment pics

To begin with probably not really if anything just small cosmetic things like yellow fogs and LED lighting conversion. Parts for Lexus and the IS-F especially are astronomical in price compared to the TSX. I am sure it will happen eventually though.

Bro I haven't been on here in a while. But nice change up on the ride. Those wheels look amazing with the contrast of the CGP paint. Definetly has it's shock factor that will turn many heads.

I have also contemplated going with a 225/40/18 as well cause that would mean it should have the same or more stretch as my 215/40/18 have on my 18x8 volks right now and I am only going to be pushing the wheel out 6mm more front and back so I shouldn't need that much space. I guess I could remove the tires from the current set of wheels and put on the new ones however then its about a $60-70 charge to remove the tires and mount back on most likely so it might just be cheaper to just go with 215/40/18 to begin with.
