Pearl White Vs. Carbon Grey

Hey Guys,

I'm set on getting the 2005 TSX, but now i'm torn between the Pearl white and the carbon grey. i was hoping that someone could post pictures of a stock Pearl White with a raised spoiler and then if someone could post pictures of a carbon grey with a raised spoiler.. i wanna compare the 2 myself.

What do the rest of you think?

Get whatever you'll be most happy with - both are great colors, but it's you who'll be owning the car!

P.S. I think PWP is sharp - not too many cars on the road in that color.

^I co-sign that. I'd say carbon gray cause that's my preference. Then again I'd say white so there are less cars out there like mine. But in the end it's you that's gotta be happy with the car.

You lucky ians..
If it were me, I'd choose PWP in a heartbeat.
Parchment leather is the only reason I'm not buying the PWP..

sipark, whose favorite color and previous two cars are white...

My advice is to go see one in person. I heard there are plenty of PWPs in Toronto. I didn't think much about the PWP at first but when I saw it in person I fell in love with it. Too bad they don't have the ebony interior here in the states. That's why I'm getting the CG. As to picture of a PWP with raised spoiler, someone here in the boards (sorry, forgot who, I think he's also from Toronto) has posed some pictures of his PWP; just search for it in the Photo Gallery. One of them used to be my wallpaper for a couple fo weeks

the thing I don't like about the PW is that the interior is two tone one half of the dash is beige while the other half is black, it would have been nicer having the whole thing match the seats, instead of half.

I think that if you're going to mod your car PWP is the way to go. Tints on PWP generally look better than tints on CG IMO.

If you're going to keep it bonestock, or have minimal mods, I'd say CG.

CG and PWP are the most attractive colors for the TSX.

Do a search on PWP Unite! and CG Unite!

You'll have a blast.

You must be ...tints on dark cars always look good. In fact, tints on most cars always look good.

Tints on a lighter car looks better than tints on darker cars, with the exception of Black.

Tints go best with black, then white, gray, etc.

The reason I went with PWP is the interior. The wood tone dash w/parchment interor is only avail on a few exterior colors and CG is not one of them. I like the parchment, but I really like the burl wood tone dash accent. When I took delivery of my TSX a few months ago, I splurged on the wood trim dash kit to complete the look.
I do not care much for the silver trim dash.

That is definitely something to think about. The PWP only comes with the Parchment interior and the CG comes with ebony and quartz. The dark interiors are more sporty, the light interior is more luxurious.

Not true in Canada and he's from Toronto. They can get either Ebony or Graphite (I forget which) with PWP.

uworich, get the CG for your TSX even though I own a PWP. CG looks great on TSX, be the first one who has CG TSX in Toronto.....

It's easy, either you want parchment interior or you don't. Make your choice from there. Both colors suit the car well. WAY more people have CG if you care about that, though...

I got the PWP and love it. I was also looking at the CG. The PWP looks more expensive and luxurious where the CG is more sporty...IMO.

I'm getting my PWP hopefully this week. It's a used 04. I just think the color is awesom! By the way, for 04, the only interior for the TSX with PWP was Ebony Leather (Here in Canada). Yippee, the dealer just called, they have it. Going to finalize everthing tonight

i'd get it but the thing that sucks about red is that it fades and in a few years if you were to god forbid make a scratch it would be a bitch to match it.
