The part out begins. Last pictures of the car
TSX meet on Saturday. Attended a car show at Dublin Pleasanton Lexus on Sunday... which was also the first day parts started to come off of the car.. 'twas a sad day
Soooo, final product of the car after ~2 years of modding, 4.5 years of ownership.
The car is currently at a shop to see what the problem is. Got 3 routes possibly right now.
Ride stock, pick up a bike
Sell car, buy a 06 RL (Black or white)
Anyways,
Coutesy of ts-sex:

And now as of last night...
Was a good weekend to get that car out there to be seen a few more times

Ride stock. Save the money. It will be of more use to you going into a bank account than dumping it into a new car and most likely modding that car too. Especially if your TSX is relatively low mileage it can last you for a long time.

I see your point.
Have you seen how ridiculously cheap RL's are nowadays?
Heres one for example - <16000k.. and could probably talk them down some

Best time to buy a bike as well, 2007 CBR 600RR that I'm eyein are all under 5500$.
I wouldn't have to go into my bank account for any of this - if I get the RL then I'd need to sell the TSX first (Still going for ~11-13k). The part out would pay for the bike, and then some 8)

boost owns
Johnny I kind of agree with Carmagnut. RLs may be cheap nowadays but modding an RL is definitely NOT cheap, and... come on now... do you see yourself owning the RL and driving it stock?

My buddy told me no matter how much you mod your car, you'll never get the thrill and performance from a motorcycle. I bought a SV650s over the summer and I have to agree. Instead of throwing money in mods for the TSX, I bought the bike and it's been one of my best purchases.
I'd suggest riding stock with the TSX and getting yourself a nice bike. You're in CA, you have great year round weather to ride. Do you have any riding experience? CBRs are really nice bikes.
