Just the typical inspection crap, thought this would be a good place for me to make notes on what they told me. I was suprised that the back brakes are more faded than the fronts. Also thought it might be good to give you guys a heads-up what the dealership rates ballpark around.
I'm thinking the next step will be a 1" drop. Then I'll update the pics again. I spoke with the gang down at the dealership yesterday and they told me that - if I buy my shit from Comptech (www.comptechusa.com), and let the dealership install it, that ALL my warranty will remain intact.

Lumar comes in a dyed, a dyed/metallic combination, and full metallic version. To be honest I'm not sure but, I'd guess that the standard vanilla auto installations are the basic dyed tint. The company pitches the dyed as being basic, the metallic as being "top-performing", and the combo as something in-between.
I've never had a problem or even a glitch with the Nav - it's rock solid. Reception on the tuner seems fine too.

I had it done at a place in Livermore called Rocky Mountain Window Tint. It was recommended to me by a couple of buddies as well as the service dept advisor at the dealership. I don't remember exactly what they charged me, you should be able to give them a call for a quick quote. Very good work though and I'm still really happy after 6 months - I'd recommend them.

Using Moleskin is one option, you can also use a felt liner...but basically yea they were the ones that originally brought this to my attention and they replaced it for me. No scratches

30,000 mile service performed at dealership: Los Gatos Acura
Comments:
Odometer at 30,000
Front and Rear tires at 6/32 (replace at 2/32)
Front Brake Pads at 6mm (replace at 2mm)
Rear Brake Pads at 3mm (replace at 2mm)
Use Synthetic Oil
Transmission drain plug partially stripped during previous service. Dealership ordering a replacement, made no reference to warranty.
Total Invoice:
Final - $398.60
Car still runs very nice though when cold I can hear a slight ticking somewhere around the transmission (stopped and in-gear). Finding that the black is a never-ending battle to keep clean but when I detail, it looks friggin sharp.
The experience at Los Gatos Acura was average. The service itself was OK and they threw in the complimentary carwash/vacuum. I was billed $28 for the loaner but, then given a $35 (service special) discount, so that was...strange. They caught the drain plug though and it looks like they're replacing it. Nobody smiled.
No new mods this round.

Looks like you'll need new rear brake pads before your next 10K mi. interval. How's your gas mileage?

Norcal I had my tint done at Rocky Mountain window tint I got these streaks that look like they're oily or something? Have you had any issue with your tint. I had them install the felt in my car.

Is this what you're seeing?

[QUOTE=Namz]
Welcome to the boards...nice first post.
So, where exactly did I refer to Mud Flaps as being a mod? Would that be right next to where I listed my 5AT as a mod?
What's hurting right now is you.....

- Don't roll down the windows (the dried glue might scratch the tint)
- Bring the car in and they'll replace it at no charge
- Bring the paperwork.
You should probably also give them a call and make an appt to get it fixed.

Thanks for the heads up pimpravi. I'm scheduled for ten days camping in Yellowstone at the end of July so I doubt I'll make this round man.
As for the mods, I think I've changed my mind about 'em. I'm happy with my TSX just like this .
