Damn, that's nice. I don't think I will go with nitirous, it is too dangerous for me. I prefer upgrade performance.

Yeah, that's true. We don't know when will turbo or supercharger will come out for TSX in future. How much did you pay it for nitrous? I bet is cost a lot of money.

the basic kit from nx runs like 599 or so then u can go up from there up to like 800 bucks with remote bottle openers and bottle warmers and all kinds of lil extra things . I got the NX kit for free since they are one of my sponsors of the car ..

But does the ECU know to inject more fuel? Because when it combusts, there is extra oxygen from the nitrous oxide, thus it goes lean before the O2 sensor detects the increased amount of oxygen in the exhaust gas and increases the amount of fuel injected to compensate.

Yes, exactly. I'm really curious to see a dyno result, with A/F ratio trace if possible. Even if it adds some more power, chances are that engine's going to be running leaner than an Auschwitz survivor once the nitrous hits. That oxygen won't even be showing up until it's under combustion, so no MAP trickery will be possible.

if u dont think its safe by all means dont do it .I live day by day enjoy everything i can so if this is the only way to make more power then i am going to go this route till i get a turbo done .I personally feel that the car is not running lean at all while im spraying.I dont see a reason to stress a dyno when my car is going no where near lean or detnating.I will get the car dynoed when i find one i can get the car on thats not a hour away drive

Didn't mean to sound critical, I'm just curious how this stuff would work. Glad to see you trying something nobody else has. We need pioneers to push the envelope. I'm looking forward to a dyno when you get a chance.

When fuel is injected w/ nitrous, that's called a "wet" nitrous system. It's pretty safe as long as you run it conservatively rich. Fuel enrichment can easily be controlled independent of the ECU which only needs to control the stock injectors. In a "dry" system where you are only pumping nitrous into the intake and using larger than stock fuel injectors to provide additional fuel, then ECU programming is necessary.
