No lowering and possibly a Body Kit

My greatest fear was the 4x4 look without lowering but I was really surprised that it looks great and the proportions are just about right.
It took me more than hour to install the wheels and went for a joy ride after...I received a lot of stares which was flattering..

Body kit will be added maybe next month...

Nice rims, pare. It would look great lowered though. Are you concerned with the ride? A set of eibachs would give it a lowered look without sacrificing ride comfort, and you'll gain some nice handling too.

eibachs with stock struts will produce a terrible ride eventually, if you are going to invest do it right. replace your struts too

Yes, am very concerned with the ride, dre. I heard the stock shocks will not last with the Eiback kit. I will probably use coilovers in the future.

I think a A-spec setup would work best for you. Not to low and not as high. The ride looks good either way.

Yeah, am also considering the A spec suspensions. I believe you are right that it is the best set up for me. I am going to order them and the body kit asap!

These rims are 19 x 8 with a 45 offset. I paid $2200 for the wheels and the toyo T 1-R's. These tires stick like glue and they are quieter than the oem stock wheels!! Although, I am having some vibration issues from 65 to 70 mph. It disappears beyond that. I guess I would need professional help for it.
Anybody have any ideas about the slight vibrations and how to cure it?

Are you using hub rings?

dismount them and remount them on the car, this time put the current front wheels on the back and the back on the front, you might indirectly solve the vibration issue. Ahhh, the beauty of universal wheels.

Wheels look great, but it's in desperate need of a drop, as well as bigger brakes.

wheel gap looks much better in day time pics, i think that night pictures plus flash from cameras tends to exagerate the amount of wheel gap. nice wheels!
