New customized color matched grill [[Trick or treat]]...
Okay.....Az'rs. I was gettin' kinda bored on how my car was lookin'. So I decided to try something new or different. I'm not a big fan of the whole fake chrome trim of the grill of the car, so I decided to color match it. For starters I think, this looks hot...makes the car look more sportier. Don't get me wrong I do like the chrome trim on an RL or maybe a TL, but not on the TSX.
Anyhow. I purchased the JDM hood trim. And I just took the rest of the chrome of the grill...the "V" shaped and got it painted at a local shop. I'm quite happy on how it came out.
Well this was just another mod on my list accomplished.
and yes those are Xenon match H11 fog lights.
p.s. pardon the radiator cover (not sure if that's what it is) but it looks kinda old and faded (behind the bumper) . Anyone know how to get a new one. or have it refinished?
.....and now for the 06 JDM headlights conversion soon to come.

Thanks for all the compliments guys.
I paid $55 for the JDM hood trim from Boomplustoys. and had the local shop paint the "V" shaped part of the grill. which charged me $25.
so......
$55+25= $80
.....I still have the chrome trim, just incase I sell or trade the car I have the option to go back to stock if I wanted to.

I actually like the chrome on the TSX, it's not like there's a ton of it, but your mod looks good too. Looks like it's pretty affordable also.
Nice job

I might consider doing this. Not that I'm a chrome hater by any means. In fact, I've wished that there was a little touch of chrome on the trunk lid -- not because I'm a chrome lover either, but solely to balance the chrome grill and side window surrounds. Perhaps a subtle trunk sill moulding, or a thin chrome trim piece above the license plate area. I've not seen anything like this for the TSX in the aftermarket though.

Hello everybody, I just wanted some input on this idea, but does anybody think that it would look good on a Night Hawk Black Tsx?(Replace front chrome parts with NHB paint Euro R look)

^^ That actually looks good!
I was thinking about color matching the whole grill, but decided to keep fin chrome. Know people have an idea on how both look.
I'll try to take some day pics, that'll do it more justice.

It looked good, did you paint on chrome hood trim or buy a JDM hood trim? I dont know if chrome hood trim will stick the paint and rock chip issue.
