I see it too. I have the same problem (to a lesser degree) in one of my JDM headlights.

No, not yet. I was planning to buy the upgrade header, but not sure because of header issue. But I plan to get Ingalls ETD when it is available. I have other stuff to do at home, not spend any mods lately.

well, i had the same problem on my tibby, the thing that worked for me, was removing the dustcovers from the back of the headlights, so it has free circulation, when driving the heat of the engine should deal with the moisture.
by the way, i can't promise it, but for me it worked.

^ but by doing so, you will let more moisture, dust, basically everything dirty into the headlights assembly.

I got a recall/TSB letter in the mail from Honda/Acura that they are having a issue with OEM headlights getting condensation in them mine are fine so I haven't bothered..Sorry to hijack the thread car looks good I like the wheels..
