My TSX snowplow

We just had a major dumping of snow here in Southern California (High Desert). It took me 1hr to travel 12 miles to get from work to home. Thought I'd share a few pics.

My car is lowered on Tein SS, with 18" All Season Yokohama's.

well it snowed in Las Vegas, so anything is possible. what would you do if it snowed in AZ?

Oh, I don't live in Arizona.
Arizona Bay is a nod to Tool and Bill Hicks.

anyway, if it snowed where I am, I wouldn't drive my TSX.
I have summer tires on, and wouldn't want to risk it.
I'm gonna pick up a Ridgeline soon, so that will handle that.

I used to live in Maine, so I've seen plenty of snow, and I remember
it well. Winters are not kind to cars, and I sure don't miss them much.
having to go out and shovel every morning sucks, and having the cold
kill your battery sucks. salt is terrible.

driving in the snow/ice is a skill of its own.
sadly many people do not realize that all the rules change when it's
all snowy/icy out. I don't miss getting stuck in the snow either.

these pictures bring back all the memories...

Looks like you have a white TSX now.

I was suppose to be home yesterday, but I got stuck on the palmdale side and ended up having to stay the night there.

I am glad that my car got detailed and stayed in my garage for the past 5 days. I cant believe it actually snowed out here...

TSX handles surprisingly well in the snow, but I got curb rash going up hill and my car started to slide sideways. It went up the hill regardless.

Welcome to my world. My car looks like this just about every other weekend when I pull it into the garage to wash it up.
