What kind of rims are those and how much were they? Also what % tint is that?

the tint is the shade lighter then limo tint....the rims are 18" panthers and I paid $700 w/tires

with tint that dark, the 5-0s might give you a fixit ticket. especially if you find yourself in the oc.
