my first wash & wax

i haven't posted any pictures here yet, and since my cgp is all stock, i doubt many are interested. but here are the results of my first wash and wax. for the wash i used some meguiars deep crystal car wash. then i went over the car with meguiars deep crystal polish. and topped it off with meguiars nxt. i'm not sure if i did all the waxing right or used enough (or too much). but i'm happy with the results:

We're always happy to see pics. Gives us a chance to up our post counts. J/K. Your car looks good. I use Meguiars too, not the NXT, but the Deep Crystal Carnauba wax. Either way, it looks great.

Try using a clay bar next time for an even smoother finish.

just washed waxed my CGP also. Used Meguirs NXT wash, and then put a light coat of Eagle One Nano Wax. it works like a quick detailer spray, but maybe just a little bit of a waxy coat.

Claying is an important step in prepping for polish. Check out the Wash and Wax forum in Off Topic for a plethora of information.
