Glad you made it safely to NY. Did you end up tapping your car with painters tape?

That's a pretty interesting audio setup. I like how you moved the DC power slot to the right side. Very interesting. The mount isn't perfect, but it looks like it gets the job done. How did you make it and how does it mount?

Actually no i didn't. I probably should have but I just didn't have the time to wash the car before the trip, and i didn't think it would have been a good idea to tape onto a dirty ca.

As for getting safely here, I did. but the car didn't. In the pics you can see that the bumper is a little outta line. Thats beacuse in Virginia, (right outside of DC) some nut job in traffic decided not to stoap and hit me. The bumper tgot a few scratches, the paint is all screed up, his plate is intdented into my bumper and my exhaust tips were bent. but I was able to snap the bumper back on and continue the trip.

Still haven't gotten it fixed yet but I should soon. I've just been focusing on studying and aside from running the motor every few days the car really hasn't moved from the garage since i got here.

Thanks for asking though

just used a buncha "L" brackets, i'm going to redo it when i get back to FL. the problem was that the wood I chose to use to make it out of was too thin so when i started shaving down the area for the sat. radio, it started to break. But it was my first time ever doing something like that so i'll know better for next time.

But thanks on the idea about the relocation. I moved it there so that I could plug in the TomTom NAvigation thing without the wire being all over my stereo controls. And as you can see the radar is hardwired.
