Left hand drive CL9's in Europe also have clear corners. Maybe if someone tracked down the part number of those there'd be a perfect solution for the TSX owner who wants clear corners, without the right hand drive cut-off concern.

Drives With Hands
So basically the part that's chrome on the USDM headlights is flat black plastic, the parking light lenses are clear, and the -5 degree offset for the driver's side headlight is on the right side and not the left.
Any other differences?
Also, I would think that you can tweak the headlight offset a bit to conform to US DOT standards.
