She's beautiful! I can't wait to see the numbers with this along with the other mods you have coming. From what I've heard, the K Series engines love a long tube header. Good stuff

I'm sticking with my Comptech exhaust. It has a 2.5" inlet, then goes to 2.25" at the split so I think it should provide sufficient flow. The one thing that needs to be done is a modification/shortening of the B-pipe since the Hytech long-tube header tracks much farther back than the Comptech header it's replacing.

There are 3 sensor bungs (2 on the header, 1 on the cat). It is the same setup as before, but I had John weld an extra bung to accommodate the wideband O2 sensor for my A/F gauge (necessary when going high boost, IMO). Josh @ Excelerate did the same thing to my Comptech header a while back.

So, I haven't been on here much recently because the shop who's taking care of everything (modding my Comptech exhaust, installing mechanisms, tuning) ran into an issue with their tuner (his wife had a baby ). Consequently, my car has been MIA for the past 3 weeks. It should be up and running within the next 2 weeks, so stay tuned .
