A friend of mine did this the next day after he got rolled and took the plate off at the next building over from the PD... lol
$10 for the court fee though. To each his/her own...

I ain't got front plate either, just make sure you slap it on when heading over to LAX. They've been pretty strict on that lately. I got pulled last year for no plate, court session and a fat ticket, then again... still no front license plate today

If you're claying the car, it's not necessary to use Dawn.
I have to give props to you, Psycho, for doing all that by hand. I told myself last year that I won't polish and wax by hand anymore. Too damn tired. I detailed my Prelude this pass weekend too. Since I have my wife as the helper, we washed the car on Friday, then clayed, polished, and 2 coats of wax on Sunday. All in 5 hrs. total. Oh...I clayed the wheels too.
Oh...nice job on the detailing. Very shiny, I'm sure the paint surface must be very smooth too.

Are you going to use the same products next time or try something different? If you are really into detailing it, you might want to think about getting a PC.

The best is to try the products out on someone elses vehicle.
Exercise is good. If you do get a PC, dont use the pads that come with it. They are pieces of crap. Buy some other pads like Sonus, etc.
What are you using for detailing/drying towels?

But I was born in Oakland so that automatically makes me ghetto.. nigga!

I bought the pack of lint free detailing towels from costco. For the drying part I used the absorber.

The Sonus MF drying towels work great on drying. One towel can dry one midsize car (I used 2 to dry my parents Ody). The Sonus MF detailing towels work great on removing wax. I might need to buy couple more drying towels soon.

My bad if this is some kind of
I just looked at the pix... 2nd thing I noticed (1st was the absense of any plate) was the fuzzy hanging thing off the mirror... that thing looks big girl! Ain't that somewhat distracting when pulling laterally Gs and -'ve Gs under hardbraking?

I also did my TSX this weekend, Zaino didn't need to clay, but wash, z2-z6-z2-z6, then did the interior with Zaino's leather treatment (Z9 & Z10), that's about the closest you're going to get to a new car smell. It also wore me out, I may be young, but I'm feeling like an old fart more and more everyday...

It's probably good to use dawn maybe once or twice a year at most or any liquid detergent at that, prior to waxing.

I like my !
I don't find it distracting. Its better than the monkey bobble head I had in my old civic. My rule of thumb is that I always have to have atleast one silly thing in my car, and I chose the white warrior head named
Oh yeah and I don't have a plate because they haven't arrived yet. I've only had the car about 2 months now.. still no plates.. oh and and in the meantime I've taken the front bracket off since I took those pics.

No I didn't order custom plates. In CA license plates tend to lag on arrival. I'm not going to be tripping yet. The prisons over here must be laggin.
