Yes there's a slight difference between the JDM and USDM bumpers so the grilles are not exactly interchangable.

Nice pics, BTW. and the car looks very clean. good work. we have a lot of the same parts, but somehow it just looks a lot better on PWP I think.

the rear dc5r red h has two plastic plus in the back of the emblem that will fit directly into the trunk. it also has some adhesive on the top and bottom as well.

your regular "H" emblem should fit, does it have two yellowish plugs in the back of the emblem? here is what you have to do to make it fit

1. pull off the "A" emblem, it's easier to do if it's hot, i used dental floss to cut the adhesive.
2. remove the excess gue using some bug/tar remover then wax it.
3. use a needle nose plier (or tweezers) to remove the yellow plugs that are in the trunk where the two holes are.
4. insert new emblem.

yes it's that easy. honda dummy proofs it, there is almost no way to stick it on crooked.

if your "H" emblem doesn't have the plugs, you can use a plier to break off the plugs and use some 3M double sided tape to get the emblem on.

and Neo for dzuy... Favorite complement ive gotten about the Euro R grill is from my Friend Brian at the FD... "You know, before he got that grill, w/ all that chrome sh*t it kinda looked like a cheap Acura, but now w/ it, it looks like a really sick Honda" and from Chris at the FD "Dude, I would of thought ur car was from europe, w/ the Euro all over it and the German plate on the back...damn that looks tight"

Enjoy the complements... Waiting for the full photoshoot

i can't help but laugh when i think of this scenario.

confused man at the honda dealership.
man: hey, i saw this car and i have to own it. it's a honda euro r.
honda (US) : sorry sir, we do not have a euro r.
man: yes you do. i saw a white one on the road. it has a euro R badge and the r is red. that means it is really fast!
honda: i rest assured you, we dont not have a euro R. i dont even know what a euro R is.
man: screw you honda! why can't i have a euro R. i swear i saw a white one!

you get used to it, and it looks a lot worse than it is from low angle shots. If you are standing normal its a lot less visible.

i know your fitment is pretty good.

maybe it helps that
1. you have a black car.
2. ou are a bad ass photographer and you know how to hide the REAL gap.

haha

I agree, I never notice it except when washing the car, cause I have to be sure to get all the damn water and dirt from under that gap.

Nice mod!! DZuy!!! I liked what you have done with the car!! The gap doesn't reallly bother me, I think it looks fine. Plus you got alot of other parts on the car and I'm sure the gap is the the last thing people would notice if they saw your car on the street.

I wanna see some pics after you get the camber kit and the Volks back on!

Nice ride though..I really like what you've done so far!

why don't u guys just admit it! hahahaha jk

anyways yeah b/w won't make a diff, might actually help determing the gap hehe

u see the bottom two side corners they fit a bit better than the duzy's

anyways i got no complains

but i've read all the grille threads i've notice one on really done this and i've
mentioned a few times.. the top two clips of the grille is too tight for TSX
because of that, there is too much tension thus causing the bottom to tip up
so for mine, the top two holes were enlarged a bit so ease the tension...

i'll take some pics next time... it's too cold outside

That actually happened to me a few times. People came up to me, looked at my grille, rear than my centre caps. Asked me what model of Honda that was. I had to explain the whole story of how it's a TSX but it's actually an Accord in Japan yada yada yada.

me and my friend zipped tied the corners of the grill, it is too tight. if you align the corner clips with the holes, the finger gap moves to the bottom of the grill.

suuuuuuuuuuuuureeee. you know you want a grill now too

i just ordered a camber kit from ultrarev.com and two new tires from racing zone.

ingalls - 139.99 + shipping = ~ 141USD
2 toyo proxes4 235/35-19 - 175USD a piece

this is way too expensive.

i'm entering a jdm car show feb 26-27, i'm getting the info soon, will post a thread about it shortly.

I've always said camber kits are a lot cheaper than tires... It's a good thing you are doing something about it.
