A Couple of Rainy Day Pics
I took a few shots of my 06 on a rainy day and thought I would share them with everyone. I just drove back home from Orlando to Key West and back for the weekend and my car already has 15,000 miles in just seven months.
I also had a couple of close calls on the highway on my little raod trip. The first was on the way down when a gravel truck started dumping what I thought was gravel all over the highway and I thought the front of my car was going to be all screwed up. Thankfully most of what fell out of the truck was just dust so the front of my car looked like a powdered doughnut . The second was today on the way back when I see the Xterra in front of me swerve to the left and come to find out there is a mattress laying in the middle of the Florida Turnpike. I was doing about 85 or 90 at the time and had to pull quickly to the left without going into the barrier and then pull back into the lane . It scared the S#*T out of me but thankfully the car didn't loose control .
After all of that I am happy to say the beautiful TSX is just fine
I am also going to have to take my blackout tape off because it is starting to look a little ragged up close. Should I retape the window trim and door handles or leave the chrome like it is?
I am also planning on getting wheels but I am holding off for now to try and save up for some Volks

I never understood why people like to darken the indicator that signals to the person behind you that you are rapidly slowing down, and thus indicating that they should consider doing something about that.
What's the reasoning behind doing that? Why not remove your airbags and your seatbelts too?
