Well, I am a college kid yes I am poor. I use to be rich before I quit my job where I was making 1,000 a week saved up enough to buy this car myself but I did some things to it like painted the wheels cause I dont really care if I reck it cause its paid off and I tinted tail lights and the headlights were tinted pitch black which I orderd from ebay if they were lighter I probally woulda still have my headlights tinted but I want to be able to drive at night hahah and I got 10 inch alpine type-R in the bad boy and some 6x9's alpine type S, I also bought a cheap factory tsx spolier that i found on ebay for 100 dollars painted and all put that shit on my self. The self install woulda ben pretty cool if I havent drill in the wrong spots causing extra holes haha but whatever.. i put some LED's in the spoiler Left and Right for turn signals on the spoiler got a 1,000 watt amp..

I REGRET BUYING THIS CAR I SHOULDA GOT AN EVOLUTION 8 INSTEAD MY PARENTS ARE PAYING MY CAR INSURANCE STILL ANWAYS LOL

then why not sell the TSX and buy an evo 8? Auto sales are terrible right now, you'd be surprised what kind of deal you can get and instead of complaining about your TSX, get what you really want.

If you want to make it look good, with factory rims etc, drop it. Not a huge drop just a little one. I am on a tight budget as well (chiropractic school is $$$) but I was able to get some tein H-techs and those make the car look so much better. With the baby drop you don't have to worry about camber or shock blowout (my shocks are due to be replaced 90k miles on them). Start paying attention to the paint, get a good detailing kit with clay bar, polish, and wax. Nice shinny paint looks very good and its a cheap mod, justs needs a little elbow grease. Finally fix your trunk. you messed up your install, but it needs to be fixed. As soon as people see your car, theirs eyes will go right to the defect. Good luck, hopefully you learned your lesson on what not to do in terms of moding your car.

I hope you understand why people are giving crap about your original post, it sounds like a 10 year old wrote it, and it under minds your intelligence. I know you are smarter then that, just remember you have a full keyboard and time, proof read and spell check. its not like you are texting. The more you type and write fluently the better you will get, and it will be more of a habit. Which would ironically result in better grades in school. I wish someone gave me advice like this when I was 20, I would have saved a lot of money and effort. Good luck.

I am sorry for putting down TSX's so much. It's just I saw an Evolution 8 online that I was about to buy before I bought my TSX and it made me go ape shit... but yes I am starting to love TSX's good car. and shmork53 thanks for the advice you are right, I did not act like my age and from now on I will be thankful for what I got instead of what I don't got (Evolution 8). I guess the TSX will be my ride untill the next 4y 6m. I finish college in a semester (Almost done with 2y Electronics Engineering Technology Degree) and I am going to go for an Electrical Engineering Degree From a State University after that HOPEFULLY I will be able to afford my dream car Evolution 8.

About three years ago when I bought my 06 6speed navi, I was really debating whether to choose the TSX or the EVO 8. I was torn between the two cause I sold my swapped Ek hatch and used my 4K I saved originally for a bike. I liked the TSX a lot cause I really think its just a outright sexy car, but I wrestled with the idea for speed. To make the long story short I chose the TSX cause it was really really sexy to me, I liked all the features it offered, and I guess you can say I'm a diehard Honda head. I'm a junior in college right now and it's been rough not having enough money to mod my car, but I look at it this way one day I'll be able to add some power to the CL9 with the help of Kpro and look dam sexy lol. Also I love it when my girlfriend's friends or peeps from school tell me or her how much they love my NBP TSX...

Same here got my TSX at 18 but i had a 05 350z when i was 16 that i paid for myself but 5 months later after i got a twin turbo in it my dad took it for a drive and made sell it because was way to powerful. The funny thing is i made him buy the TSX for me and cashed in a flat 30,000. He said that money going toward college but I enjoy 3.75GPA and full ride scholarships. So I living the life with a amazing car and money in my pocket.

I am a college kid too and I chose TSX over EVO because when I was looking for a new car, gas was almost $4 a gallon. I heard EVO's get an average of 14-16 MPG, my TSX does 20-22
