Thanks all. I'm liking it. It's a nice change from the factory wing that I see on local TSX's in the area (and it seems there are a few PWP too )

It turned out to be a little more pricey than OEM. It was $575 shipped and unpainted. Turned out the paint was extra because the pearl is a separate coat.

At least I save a few bucks by installing it myself. The mounting holes line up with where the factory punch outs are. I thought it might be scary to drill holes through the trunk but after seeing which holes needed drilled, I just held my breath and pulled the trigger...

That looks awesome!

I have a HUGE request if you can... can you post a high-res picture of that somewhere for me? Something from the side showing the profile would be great. I think it looks fantastic and want to see if it warrants a future investment from myself!

I just picked up my PWP yesterday, and my cousin and I installed the lip trunk spoiler (got it from xenonspecialist on ebay), and it was hard lining it up to be flush with the bumper.. so i can just imagine how tricky it has to be with yours!

It was really easy. The Mugen bolt holes line up perfectly with the factory knockouts. Just had to be careful lowering the spoiler down with all that sticky double faced tape. The Mugen spoiler just uses one bolt on each side as opposed to two like the OEM eing uses.
Post a pic of yours! And congrats on your new ride.

My mods right now are just for appearance. Something to set mine apart from the other local TSX's (many PWP). As much as I would like to do a kit, suspension, wheels and intake, etc., I'm officially done for now.

We're also backing my 17yo sons rebuild of his 96 Civic which is eating a large chunk of money.

As spoilers go, that's very nice. A little more understated than some I've seen.

Is that 20% tint? Im lookin to tint my PWP soon. Also, any problems w/ scratches? I have done lots of research but am still skeptical unless cutting out the rubber edge inside the window. Thats what the local tint guy recommended. Thanks in advance.

Tint

The tint is 35% all around. It's 3M Color Stable and is carbon based (as opposed to metal, dye or ceramic). I questioned the density since it does look really dark. I guess the combination of the charcoal color with a black interior makes it look so dark? If that may be a hassle for you in your area, check into the HuberOptik which is a ceramic base. It's more grey than black and very nice.
I don't put my windows down much and so far, no problems with scratching.

I know that this thread is pretty old, but I was directed to it and must say that I love the setup. The TSX is hawt stock-style and the Mugen sets it off!
