Has anyone found a nice set of wheels with a chrome finish near the stock size 17x7 and +55 offset?

Don't worry about the +55 offset too much there's a fairly large range you can play with especially with a 7" width. www.tirerack.com has 6 chrome models in 17" that will fit the TSX. Try their "upgrade garage" section to see what they look like on your car.
