My commute has varied since I bought it. Started at about 50 miles each way, then went down to 26 miles each way, then to 41 miles, and now i'm at 62 miles each way...uggghhh. I gotta go where the money is!
As far as whinning noises go, dunno?
Oh... and i'm on the original windsheild wipers too
Gotta love that RainX

Man, when I think about it, I do 20-25K miles a year. It's not my commute from home to work that's bad, it's where I go on the week-ends...pretty much all over SoCal. But you know, I enjoy driving my car!

But if your wipers are still good after all this time, man, I am going to put RainX back on my windshield!

I'm back
so my car turned 100,000 the other day, but havent done any 100k maintainance yet. So what else do i have to replace besides, coolant, and spark plugs? as i known, i prob need to replace my front rotors and drive belt as well....So is it necessary to replace timing chain or the tensioner since there was a thread saying that the chain would stretch? and what else to aware of?

It's not necessary to replace the timing chain or chain tensioner unless of course you're throwing a code showing there's a problem there or you're having engine problems related to the chain. When I last talked with a Acura service advisor, the timing chain should last the life of the car. It's unfortunate that some have reported chain failures, which scares me too. So far, the reason has been oil starvation. Or perhaps the Teflon covering the tensioners have worn off. With that in mind, always check the engine oil level regularly.

Congratulations on the 100K milestone. The major service is at the 110K marker. But if you're like me, I like doing maintenance work a tad earlier than what's recommended in the manual.

Hi All,
I am at 111111 (2005 TSX) and still going great..
Issues so far:
1) CD Player stopped working at around 30K and got replaced under warranty
2) Door lock actuator (driver side) died and replaced it myself.
3) Axle seal leaked at 80K and got it fixed at the dealer.
Planning to replace the spark plugs and drive belt soon..
thanks

My '06 I got in Dec '06 is almost at 80,000. Given similar mileage, I should be at 100K around the new year. She's still going strong. ![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The 3500 miles I put on her over spring break definitely helped getting her to 100k.
