[EURO] Carbon Fibre Bonnet Strip

Hey guys
was bored as today so decided to change my chrome strip to CF
i'll let the pics speak for themselves
tell me what u think

is that real carbon cause from the pictures it looks like stick on vinyl carbon look stuff.

that looks pretty good...might be a good way to hide the little rock chips i have..

nah its DIY carbon fibre vinyl. nice and dodgy.

nah left the windo trim chrome. didnt wanna go crazy now

Still looks good! The vinyl is alot better than carbon primer

that mugen front bumper is too distracting to notice that piece.

not bad, doesn't look like you are going for that super authentic look, so i guess you can get away with faux CF. Visually, I like it, takes away from the chrome strip grabbing so much attention for nothing.

hahah thanks for ur compliments everyone
the CF vinyl is really high grade and it sticks very well.
just be prepared to have a squeegee or somethin to get rid of the bubbles

This is just my opinion but what about sanding the strip with 1000 grit sand paper for the brushed aluminum look. TLish
Personally I don't like the carbon and color of it. It looks too unreal. I'm sure it'll look a lot better with a darker shade.

I dont really like the CF look unless you have more CF on the car to match. I know you have different grill but i think the chrome strip matches nicely with the rest of the chrome pieces on the car. I would have just gone with a strip the same color as your car.

Hey Stephen, can we see some pics of the interior where u changed the trim? Also who'd you source your kit from in Australia?
