I like it
I was just thinking about doing the same thing myself for my grille (TSX is NBP)
How did you go about painting it? Did you remove the grille?

my friends dad has a paint shop so i have access to the guns and paints but i have to pay for the paint but it was cheap $14.00.
you remove the griile then unscrew the chrome piece then prep it to paint then after painting put on a couple coats of clear and let dry... and if you really want it to shine give it a wet sand and polish to a shine....
dont press to hard or stay in one spot and watch out for edges or you will burn the paint.

Thanks!
Don't you have to remove the bumper to remove the grille? I never looked that hard into it.
And you are saying that the piece you painted actually seperates from the rest of the grille? Was it a pain to take it apart or is it just a few screws?
Edit: I think I see what you are saying now... the A emblem is the chrome piece you take off and you paint the rest.

2. revmove all the clips on the black plastic thing in front of the radiator. remember
where the two long clips go.
3. remove black plastic thing.
4. lift grille a little about a 1/4 inch right where the holes of where the clips used to
be on the top. make sure grill does not fall back into place..
5. slide your fingers through the last space at bottom of the grille using both hands and slide grille out by pulling toward you without pulling upwards. the grille should slide out easily if you are pulling to hard repeat step four.
6. now that the grille is removed turn it over and remove the screws in the middle row only. you can see now that the grille is four peices (actually five, six if you count the hood trim).
7. separate the emblem first then the chrome trim.
8. after painting and assembly remove four clips from bumper that are upside down on the part where the bottom of grille would go.
9. adjust the clips so they are ready to put in but do not seperate them completely.
10. put the two middle clips in the bumper but make sure the clip's tips barely
goes through the bumpers hole.
11. put grille in place and pop it in trying not to disturb clips from step ten.
12. stick your hand behind the grill and locate one of the clips. now support the grille with other hand and push clip in through both bumper and grille.
13. repeat step twelve on the other clip
14. get the other two clips and do sort of the same for the two other holes.
15. put the plastic thing back on and clip it and your done.

Looks pretty good. I was thinking about doing this myself but also painting the chrome pieces around the grill body color. I saw it done in another thread and im thinking about bringing it to a shop and getting it done. The grill wont look as big or stick out as much.

nh655m but it is hard to find a body shop that has the code in the books and computer. I went to several with no luck so I did my best to match it.
