Having a dilemma - and not sure it's even worth it. I just got this radar/laser detector, and not sure where to mount the 'receiver'.

There are a total of 4 lines coming into this receiver, making it a little difficult and limiting mounting areas.



here's a shot of the dash for mental imaging purposes:


the radar detector mounts under the bumper, laser mounts to the windshield via suction, and power draws from the radio (i believe)

Any ideas on where this thing could go and look clean?

I say mount it on the steering column directly behind the steering wheel on top.

if you want to be unique, mount it upside down by the dome light! not as convinient, but show-worthy

my buddy mounted his in the upper left corner of his windshield (kind of flush to the headliner) and wired it up through the door jam. It is kind of far away but it is def out of the line of sight and it looked clean!
