Looks like the seller took some Brembro lanks and slotted/drilled them.

If they weren't done by professor then I won't buy them. I heard plenty of stories where they ended up cracking and breaking.

i don't recall being able to buy vehicle specific brembo drilled/slotted rotors for the tsx. if so, i would've bought them instead of my rotora. i'd stay away

But when I did my research a long time ago, I remembered some shop told me how to separate real/fake Brembo by....

If the Brembo is BLANK, then ---> SILVER COLOR ONLY
If the Brembo is Slotted + Drilled, then ---> GOLD COLOR ONLY

I don't know if that is true but so far the statement stand correct. Stop browsing e-bay cause it's a place to scam, try to search any online stores carry Brembo and see how does it looks like.
