Velocity Turner??
Has anyone tried the Velocity Turner? I recently saw this advertised on E-Bay for only $14.99 and it says that HP is increased by 16% and gas mileage by 31%. Seems to good to be true.... any comments?

Is this the 19 cent resistor that you're supposed to put in parallel with your IAT thermistor to "trick" the ECU into thinking you're driving across frozen tundra instead of Death Valley, CA.?
