Valeo wipers onsale at TireRack - $19.99 each
Just thought I'd give a heads up to anyone who'd wanted to try these, but balked at the price. For $20 per wiper blade (plus $9 shipping, to me at least), i thought I'd give them a try.

Well, I'm not too sure, but if you have 04/05, you can get the nice flex wipers like the 06's have =D
If I were to replace my wipers, I'd give these a shot. But I've never had any experience with them, so tell us how they are Jao =]

If these wipers are anything like they are on the '06, which I think they are, you'll REALLY like them. More of a squeegy (?) effect than regular blades

Yeah, these are very similar to the '06 OEM blades, but will easily fit on an '04/'05. I just ordered a pair since I need new wipers for my '04. It might be a while before I get to test them out much, though, since it doesn't rain much at all here in Portland in the summer time. I'll post up my thoughts once I get a chance to try them out.

A better wiper blade
Anyone here ever try Silblade silicone wiper blades? (PIAA makes a similar product).
I have been using them for years. They are guaranteed to last 5 years. The silicone wiper does not degrade in sunlight like natural rubber.
Silblade just came out with the FlexBlade model that is similar to the 06 OEM and the Valeo.
Check them out.

I know as soon as my OEM's wear out I will be picking up a set.

I'd be willing to give those silblades a try, if I hadn't already ordered the valeo's. I do like the aero-style wipers. I think they do a better job at clearing water and dirt off the windshield than traditional wipers. I've got some bosch icon's on my integra (aero-style) and i've been very happy with them. But Bosch doesn't seem to make a 26" version of the icon wiper (or my autozone doesn't carry them).

I've had the Valeo Ulitmates on my car since the early spring. They work so much better than the 04-05 stock blades. As the others have said, it's also hard to find a good blade that's available in the 26" length.

Hie,
just a word of advice on these flat wiper blades. Look out for the holder catch to the main frame. The clips should NOT be plastic as they are fragile. Look for the metal clips that grips on to the main metal blade. It has to be metal. The cover can be plastic is fine but the critical part is the holding clip.
For JDM Euro R, we are using 25.5 inch driver and left 15 inch but we are right hand-drive. The wipers are curved so we need an adaptor for the C-curve. The 06 FL model alreadu comes with flat wipers but the mounting is not at the top but rather from the side, more typical European type.
So, to use these flat wipers, one has to use 24 and 16 combination. Hope this helps.
cheers
