Is this ultimate performance chip for real on ebay?

It shows it for a 2006 TSX. Has anyone tried this?

you know whats funny? He's got a 98% positive feedback. Majority of the people on there say they feel a difference.
I was told by someone that this chip basically tricks your ECU into thinking the air is colder/denser on the intake side..so therefore the computer will allow maximum timing and therefore causing it throw in a little bit more fuel... hence the reason why cars run better at night time and run sluggish on a very hot summer day.
Personally, I would not run this thing on my car.

And yes, I agree, it doesn't do what it claims.
We oughta just paypal someone here $1 each person to come up with a few $. Then have someone actually install it on their TSX and put it on a dyno to see for real if they get ANY increase at all.
I just browsed through some of their feedback ratings (wow, lots of negative and neutral ratings). The negative feedbacks generally called it a resistor (not a chip). So I'm guessing they just fool the ecu into doing something like advancing the timing or something? *shrugs*

yeah, like JTso said, it's garbage

BUTT DYNO but usually means nothing. Probably all pyschological.
My car already has a tendency to ping quite readily--I can't imagine having the timing advanced any more than it already is.
I'd gladly take more relaxed timing or cooler spark plugs combined with a higher rev limiter and lower VTEC high-lift cam engagement point. That would probably go a long way in increasing performance.
I haven't hit my rev limiter yet, but I know that at an indicated 7400-7500 RPM (I must be damn close at that point), the engine still feels like the power is ramping up.

Yeah those things are nothin but piggybacks. It is just a resistor, it's a resistor that goes into the intake sensor plug, bypassing the OEM sensor and basically tricks the ecu into thinking there is colder air coming thru. Like what has already been said.
Just get and ohmeter, find the proper resistence, and buy a resistor from radio shack.
INSTA-PERFORMACE-CHIP!
GARBAGE.
