I had my hood open the other day, and when kneeling in front of the car (was checking out my JDM lights!), I noticed that my Cusco bar (installed for a couple months now) has a very slight downwards bow to it - IE, it's not perfectly flat across.

Does anyone else have this with their Cusco bar, or has mine been bent somehow? I'd hate to need a new one, since it ran around $150.

I should also add that I've been hearing an occasional "ping" (cannot describe it any better than that) when turning the wheel to the left or right a significant degree while turning. Handling has not seemed to change at all, but I do wonder if the two are related.

I can do pics tomorrow when my roommate and his camera are around, that's not a problem. It's not like a bow and arrow curve or anything. It's got a very slight downward sag to it in the center is all.

I checked mine out this weekend. It was (almost) perfectly straight. Maybe just the slightest depression in one part, but I move mine around all the time so I don't rule out that I did that at some point. IMO, it should be straight.
