Superstreet talks about TSX turbo

So i was looking at pics of one of the shows in this months superstreet magazine and it says that one of the pictures is of a 05 TSX with turbo and says it's pretty cool. So last i heard there was no ecu to make it work completly with all the cars features. did i miss something? i think i will be writing to superstreet to find out what turbo setup they are reffering to and what the guy used on his tsx.

there's always been options for an ecu in the tsx, just no-one has forked out the money for it.

Motec and EFI to name two.

i know of at least 1 turbo tsx in california. he was running a prototype kit, not sure what happened:

I was told by Greddy that the E-Manage Ultimate does work with DBW equipped cars so I will be trying this setup and will post the results. The only system that I know of that is guaranteed to work is the HKS F-CON V Pro but I don't know how many of you are willing to spend that kind of money. When the TSX turbo kit is released without the fuel/ignition sytem, it will include:

- Turbonetics T3/T04E turbo
- Spearco FMIC
- 2.5" downpipe
- Tial wastegate
- cast turbo manifold
- Greddy Type-RS BOV
- all chromed I/C piping
- battery tray
- all silicon couplers and clamps
- all hardware
- oil sending/return lines
- fuel and vacuum lines

Certain components of the kit can be upgraded for additional cost i.e., 3" downpipe, ball-bearing turbo, HKS BOV, etc...

This is still not certain yet so please let me know what you guys think.

for 3500 I can get a guy to build one for me anywhere I want even mounted under the car, and the manifolds he fabs are identical if not better than Full-Race's pricey mani's. Now to tune with Kpro boo. However I doubt very much that I'll FI a brand new car with warranty.. No I'm staying N/A until I get my 510

You can use K-Pro for the TSX....it's simple.

You have to use 2 ECU's(1 to run K-pro and 1 to run gauges, etc) People have already done it. Ask Doug @ Hondata.
