Something to Share (Lip Spoiler)
Something to Share (Lip Spoiler)
I live in Macau, a city in southern China. Today, while i was driving, i noticed a Accord (TSX) with a lip spoiler that is very unique. It doesnt look like the m3 nor it look like the on from ebay. If u want to find about the ebay lip spoiler, go on the photgraphy & galeery section and find about the Post "my fat lip", there u will see the lip. Anyway, apart from this, the lip that i saw doesnt look like any of the two mentioned above, but it does look like something that came with the new RSX. So i went to see how wide the RSX trunk is, and found to be too wide, and the lip wont obviously. So i came home, went on the web to to try to find out about the lip. I went to www.honda.co.uk, and looked there accords. I found that under there exterior acessories, there are two type of spoiler, one a high mount with brake light and the other called ducktail spoiler. I do think that this might be the special lip spoiler we been looking for. http://www.honda.co.uk/front.html
I think I know what you are talking about.
I went to Acura dealer today, they said the new RSX lip spoiler will fit on tsx, and you install it at you own risk. They said they have installed a few of those and it looks pretty good. And so they showed me the spoiler and then show me how this thing will look like on the TSX. Because there are screws underneath the spoiler, so we cannot fit it on the trunk perfectly. But it does look pretty sound, the only problem I see is the side does not line aline with the side of the trunk. But the bottom does look to fit very well.
He was asking me $100 for that, and I throught I should come here to do more research first...and here I find this post.

Don't wanna be a thread hijacker here, but did anyone notice the Bluetooth kit on that link (http://www.honda.co.uk/cars/newcars/...=&wheelPartNo=)? It's under the "Exterior Styling" link for some reason. It's butt-expensive (£302) but it would be great if we could get that to work on a TSX.
