also they said it's great ... car goes faster and mailage improve ... ...etc
and here is some pics ... btw .... it shuold work on all NA car and espcially us .. high rpm

I don't think those are intake tubes. Even if they are, they are too tiny to make any difference. Cosmetic?

It's difficult to tell exactly what's being accomplished without the view of the entire setup and engine. However, I can take a guess base on setup in the pics. It looks like an attempt to use the in-line fuel filter as an oil catch can in a open-loop mode by routing fresh air from the large air tube. If that's the case, I see a serious flaw in the setup as the PCV valve simply will not operate in this open-loop mode due to the vacuum leak in the other hose that goes to the intake tube. However, this will prevent oil in the intake manifold simply because the PCV system no longer works. If the fuel filter is used in a closed-loop PCV setup, the filter would have collapsed in a few minutes of driving. If this engine has a FPR (fuel pressure regulator) that uses vacuum to modulate fuel pressure (like most earlier Hondas) and a fuel return line to bypass excessive fuel, then the vacuum leak by this design will cause the fuel pressure to go up and might give the illusion of increase HP.

Aside from the fact that I missed half of what you said, I agree. There's no air coming in. It's doing something to trick a sensor going to the ECU. This is the same crap as adding a "performance resistor" to certain ECU pins. It MAY make marginally more horsepower, but something if going to get screwed up. Essentially you are removing an input and feeding garbage into the ECU. It's worse than just not having one.
