rear lip options
IMO, the Spoon lip is the best-looking AVAILABLE rear spoiler for the TSX. (Cost is a drawback, obviously.) If the rear lip on the original A-Spec concept could be had, I’d have a tough time choosing between it and the Spoon. (If that A-Spec lip had been available, I’d have bought one long ago, no matter what it cost.) Has anyone thoroughly checked the possibility that the OEM lips for the RSX, the TL or even the new RL would work on the TSX? (I realize that all three are significantly different, looks-wise.) I guess length would be the critical factor, assuming that they’re flexible enough that bending to follow the contour of the TSX trunk lid wouldn’t be a problem. (I'm one of those people who thinks the M3 replica lips are just OK, smallness being the biggest negative, and that the Mugen lip is a bit too much.)

I think one forum member mounted an RSX lip a LONG while back...
The TL deck lid spoiler is too short for the TSX trunk --- there was a thread about that somewhere a while back too if you search for it.
I'm like you --- the A-Spec one was the best IMO... if only Honda had released it. My next choice would've been the Phase spoiler, and I had many opportunities to purchase that one as well before they went out of business, but at $200+ unpainted, it just didn't seem worth it to me. I'm not a fan of the Spoon; it's way too big for my tastes... there was another deck lid spoiler floating around on Ebay (aside from the 2 M-styled lips out there from Sabersport and Xenonspecialist) that I think is similar to the Spoon. A few forum members have that one --- Chyllintsx (sp?) is one of them. I think it was ~$150 painted.

I had both M-styled lips on my car... I kept on changing my mind on them hoping that Acura would come out with a dealer option... oh well... the Xenonspecialist one is still on for now...
Good luck...
