New steering wheel wrap

Bought a used 08 TL type S steering wheel and rewrapped it. Bought the wrap from redlinegoods.com, what do you guys think?

Very nice!!! My 2011 Optima's steering wheel looked like crap, so I just got a cover off eBay, it's nice... Kinda looks like what you did w/o the perforations... Also, it's a slip on...

I really like how this came out, looks super upscale!!!

Thanks! It took a little longer than expected, about 6 hours! Most of the time was from the lacing. But great way to make an old car feel young again

Unlike (Wheelskin) stitch-on covers, Your cover looks REALLY good. The Wheelskin covers bypass the steering wheel spokes, and just don't look RIGHT, imo. Very nice work. Unfortunately, after checking redlinegoods.com, it looks like they don't offer a steering wheel cover for the 2G TL.

You can always try to retrofit a 3g steering wheel on a 2g TL. For me, I have a TSX but I wanted the look of the 3g TL type S. In terms of function, both steering wheels has the same steering controls so I thought it was a direct replacement. Turned out the connectors on the clock springs were different. So at that point, you have one of two options: to buy a 3g clock spring, or make a custom harness from the stock clock spring. So I decided to make my own harness by using a multimeter and figuring out which wires correlate to the same function on the steering wheel.
