Are Neuspeed springs progressively sprung?

Trying to decide between Eibach Pro Kit and Neuspeed Sport.

Pic from Neuspeed's site

Pic of actual spring

Ignore the color change, the 1st looks progressive, 2nd pic shows them being linearly sprung? So anyone that actually has these, what are they?

P.S. If anyone is interested in the Neuspeeds this site has them for $150 w/ shipping. The part # is 55.20.51, and shows up for Accord 4cylinder since they are the same part for both cars.
