Just purchased the Comptech Supercharger
Add me to the list of upcoming Comptech Supercharged TSX's. I purchased the kit from Acura of Lynnwood for $3550 out the door.
They are also installing it this week for $830. I'll post pictures next Saturday as my car goes in Tuesday morning but I will be on a business trip until Friday evening.
For those interested in purchasing the kit for around the same price, feel free to call Rob @ 800-774-9893.

If you end up getting the SC yourself, $3550 out the door is a pretty good deal.

The price is a lot more reasonable than I expected. It's a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned!
I'd love to see your TSX sometime (next Seattle meet?). If you're giving away ride tickets, I'm in line behind Johnny and 'Balwinder'.

I can't wait until next Saturday. He gave me a deal since this was their first TSX supercharger install and they had one in stock. Rob @ Acura of Lynnwood does want more aftermarket business so he will be very competitive on Comptech costs compared to the dealer in California.

I just got my high flow cat on, and let me just say that it's a great addition. I'll post some pics later of it in my SC thread.

I'll let Johnny comment on how much he was going to charge me. I highly recommend him as he has done most of the aftermarket work on my car (header, CAT, rear sway, front strut, gasket, icebox, shortshifter, ...). He was charging less then what the dealer is charging me but I figured it was worth the extra cost for the piece of mind of the SC warranty in case something went wrong.

Wow, if I can get that deal at the aucra dealership over in Cincinnati I'll take it! SC + Warranty is awesome.
Does Acura Honor a SC Install from a authorized Comptech installer? I know comptech will honor a warranty on the SC, but how about everything else?

I really doubt Acura will warranty anything related to the SC install. Comptech's warranty will be limited to the SuperCharger only if it's installed by a Comptech Authorized dealer. They will not cover any other part of your car.

Dropped off the car about an hour ago. I can't wait to pick the car up Saturday morning. I'll post pictures and my first impressions then.
They also provided me a TL with Navi. Definitely like driving the TSX more. I wish the TSX had a thicker steering wheel like the TL though. I like how the TL had thumb spots at the 10 and 2 position. I was also impressed with the stock stereo in the TL. Definitely is close to my aftermarket setup in my TSX.

Which dealership are you closer to? Bellevue, or Lynnwood? Or you just take your car to the Lynnwood one because you bought it from there?
I live close to the Bellevue one, but I will never go there. Been taking my car to Acura in Southcenter for 3 years now.

I remember it felt like it was for me when my SC was getting installed.
When they are doing the install, tell them to make sure to have the wiring going from the fuel rail to the main harness tied down to the tab on the side of the throttle body. When I was at Comptech last week, this is one of the things they did as preventative maintenance. I'll post pics and details of this in my SC thread later. If they don't do it beforehand, don't worry though, this is something very easy to do yourself after. And like I said it's just preventative maintenance, so it's not a big deal. You'll probably be fine even if you don't do it.
Looks like you are the 5th person with the SC so far!
