The most i've done to my car is my own oil change.... i dont know the first thing about installing an intake which is pretty damn sad.... is this a simple screw off screw on type of deal or does this take a lot of work?

Hey, I did install on Injen CAI intake on TSX in a couple of weeks ago that I never done it before. It was a lot of focus and looked at instruction info and pictures from Injen. I just take time and be patient installation. It went awesome! It was good experience for me to install it at first time and fun time for myself. You should try it someday. It is worth to learn and enjoy time installation.

Just follow Wolf Pack's guide and you'll be good. He did a great job on the write up and photos.

Before I forget: keep your nav/radio codes handy. I had to locate mine after the CAI install.

Do a quick search on Injen CAI on the forum, there should be plenty of directions/instructions. in case if you need something, just post up here, and you'll get the answer that you need. I have the Injen CAI on my car, and it was my first time installing a CAI, didnt take me more than 1 hour.
You are going to need to disconnect the black cord on the battery, that's the reason why you'll need your radio/cd unit code when you're done.

yea it was the first I ever installed on my car. Now I do a lot of hands on things and building things. It took me about 2 and a half hours and I installed mine by removing the front bumper.

My son and I installed ours. I was in the same boat, only doing oil changes, etc. Took us 3 hours. I recommend taking the front bumper off for better access...... Had a great time and a great learning experience. Good luck

First time doing it, took 2.5 hours... I didn't remove the front bumper though. I converted it into SRI mode in like 15 minutes. Converting to stock might be a problem for me because I don't remember how I took it apart.
Just be sure to take care of that notorious bolt.

To get out the notorious bolt everyone talks about. I was able to get it off by taking the fog light cover off. Pop it off starting from the left side. Then use a mini ratchet with a 10mm head, and use that to take it off. I installed my CAI, by just going through the wheel well. I didn't take off the front bumper.

I did it no problem, just followed the DIY you find on here. I had never done any mods before that either. As long as you have the right tools and are capable of tightening/loosening a few bolts you can do it
